Black Pepper & Velvet Orchid Fragrance Oil

The products has never been received. This is my first order with Aroma + Wax and I was so excited when I placed the order. However 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting to receive my order. I had 5 items in my order. The tracking number provided by the company shows no order has been sent to the shipping company. I emailed Aroma support team several times inquiring about my order till I eventually got a response. I got a response claiming there was an issue with the shipping label. Yet a week later there is still no progress. No goods. No refund. No other explanation. Really really disappointed. I doubt I'll be ordering from this company again.

I am shock for every scent I got and ordered from Aroma Wax.. Every scent gives me inspiration to create my own products. Diffuser reeds, soaps, candles... You name it.

It’s definitely a trendy scent reminiscent of popular perfumes, but I found it overwhelming. While well-executed, it’s loud and overpowering, and I’m sure it pleases many people. But I'm just not into mass-appealing fragrances.
